Great location, great staff, easy to check in and out. I found it by reading other reviewers but other than that, super easy.
I had a very good experience with storing my baggage for a few hours in Florence. The service was good, quick and friendly. The bags are stored in a room adjacent to the reception. The hotel is in the 3rd floor with a very narrow elevator and did not face any issues.
Absolutely fantastic, they even helped us to get the taxi as well. Thank you👍
