Very friendly staff and a straight forward service. I would definitely recommend this facility for luggage storage.
I lost my luggage key, and when I was in trouble, they tried a lot to see if there was any way I could open it. I was able to have it opened with a tool, and when I tried to give him a tip, he responded with a smile saying ""I don't need it."" We didn't understand English, but they spoke slowly and taught us with gestures, which helped us a lot!
I just want to thanks to the lovely staff of the location! They were helpful and so nice to us! Definitely made me want to stay at the suburb for the whole trip! Arigato gozaimasu 🥰
Friendly. Quick check in and check out. Manned store. Very safe. Luggage were taken to the back of the store to keep safe.
