The store was very convenient and easy to work with. We got there 30 minutes before the check in time we selected and they were very accommodating! Will use again while in Vatican City.
Overall easy experience and appreciate that the bags were tagged and kept behind a hidden locked door! I would recommend that the store show this to users at drop off so that they can feel more assured with the safety, as some of my group was unsure of where the bags were going to be kept safe. Otherwise, great quick experience!

I was a bit concerned about the security but drop off and pick up were simple and my case was returned easily. Good service and saved carting a second suitcase around on public transport
