The staff was friendly, quick and easy drop-off/pick-up of my luggage. Felt comfortable that my luggage was secured at this place while I went exploring Philly.
The only thing that I didn't like is that my bags were on the floor where I left them and not in a secure site.

Lisa was wonderful and welcoming- she warmly invited me in as she was opening for the day, gave me a breakfast recommendation in the neighborhood, and showed me a shortcut to the train station when I came to pick up my bags! Close to the airport, easy drop off/pickup. Bag were there when we came back, no issues
