Left luggage here for a couple hours. Friendly staff, seamless drop off and pickup did not use luggage tags with the number stubs for pickup, but it seemed it was just our bags to look after so there wasn’t a need for confirmation.

This was my first time using Bounce, and I love it. At first I was concerned because I didn’t see the Bounce sign, and I thought I had the wrong address. The a friendly guy comes out to help me with my luggage and give me some area recommendations. Later, I came back to pick up my luggage at 6:30 pm. He came out right away, and I was on my way.
