This was my first time using Bounce, and I love it. At first I was concerned because I didn’t see the Bounce sign, and I thought I had the wrong address. The a friendly guy comes out to help me with my luggage and give me some area recommendations. Later, I came back to pick up my luggage at 6:30 pm. He came out right away, and I was on my way. Thanks so much !

Friendly and helpful staff! A very nice young lady assisted me and we had an excellent talk and her personality was amazing. I wish I got her name because she should be recognized! She even recommended a couple of places in the area for me and my boyfriend to try! My belongings were secure! Thank you all very much. I will definitely leave my luggage there again.
It’s an open store. So make sure there is no important item inside luggage and make sure to lock it. Overall it’s convenient but the hours is short considering it said price per day.
Awesome people & great staff. Dropped my bags off because I had a meeting at UN Headquarters around the corner, and they treated me like family. Great people
