This was my first time using Bounce, and I love it. At first I was concerned because I didn’t see the Bounce sign, and I thought I had the wrong address. The a friendly guy comes out to help me with my luggage and give me some area recommendations. Later, I came back to pick up my luggage at 6:30 pm. He came out right away, and I was on my way. Thanks so much !

Helpful staff who allowed me to use the restroom to freshen up before heading to the airport. The location is also close to Bowdoin T station with direct links to the Boston Logan airport.
